A modern fertigation setup typically includes:
- Injection pump or dosing system – Accurately introduces the nutrient solution into the irrigation line.
- Holding/stock solution tanks – Store the concentrated fertilizer solution.
- Backflow prevention / containment – To protect potable water supplies and prevent contamination.
